Avenatti pleads not guilty on all 36 counts

Big League Politics Reports: The infamous former attorney for adult film actress Stormy Daniels pleaded not guilty on all counts Monday in federal court, weeks after being charged with wire fraud, stealing millions from clients, and dodging taxes. “The 48-year-old [Michael] Avenatti, who was indicted earlier this month on 36 counts including wire and bank fraud, appeared in federal court for an arraignment in Santa Ana, California on Monday. The trial is set to begin on June 25 with a status hearing scheduled for June 15,” according to Fox News. Prosecutors said that Avenatti embezzled settlement funds from five clients and that he “doled out small portions, sometimes labeling them as advances to prevent thefts from being discovered.”

Something you probably shouldn't do when faced with 30 plus indictments is pleading not guilty on all the counts, which is exactly what Deep State lawyer Michael Avenatti just did. Usually when you plead not guilty to charges, and if you are found guilty most the time the charges increase...So it looks like Avenatti may of just screwed himself over. There's going to be more individuals like Avenatti coming out in the next few weeks facing multiple charges, and they will obviously do one of two things...Either plead not guilty on all charges or throw individuals under the bus. Now that Avenatti has pleaded not guilty on all 36 counts, there is now nothing Deep State lawyer puppet Avenatti can do to protect himself
