Illegal Aliens Meet Pregnant Woman In Facebook Group, Kill Her, Cut Baby From Womb

CHICAGO, IL (The Daily Mail) – The father of the baby boy who was torn from his murdered mother’s womb and is now fighting for his life in hospital crumbled into tears on Wednesday as three people were charged with his wife’s gruesome killing.
Yovani Lopez is the husband of Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui, 19, who was strangled to death in a Chicago home three weeks ago after going there to pick up baby clothes.
She was nine months pregnant with their son, who he has called Yadiel, who was cut out from her womb posthumously and has been in the hospital on a ventilator. He is not expected to survivebut the family said they have no plans to turn off his life support.
Clarisa Figueroa, 46, her 24-year-old daughter Desiree and her boyfriend 40-year-old Piotr Bobak have all been charged.
The two women are accused of strangling Marlen and cutting out her baby and Bobak is accused of concealing a murder.
On Wednesday, as he learned that his wife who he thought was missing had in fact been murdered, Lopez wept in front of reporters.
He cried in Spanish: ‘They can’t compare to the pain we’re suffering. They don’t know that pain we’re going through. They don’t know anything about it.’
‘It’s very painful. Very painful to see your wife with whom you lived with four years and then see her with her eyes closed.
‘I just don’t know… I don’t know. I don’t know why these horrible people did this. She didn’t do anything to them she was a good person.
‘Knowing that she had a family, a three-year-old son, I can’t believe it. This is very hard.’
He said his wife was a good woman who never brought harm to anyone. He had been appealing for information about his wife’s whereabouts for weeks.
Social media posts revealed that the suspects have been posting online in recent months about the arrival of a baby boy, decorating a nursery and seeking out expectant mothers on Facebook.
After allegedly killing the teen and cutting the boy out of her, police say Clarisa called 911 claiming to have just given birth and demanding an ambulance.
An anonymous tip led detectives to check the DNA of the baby after Clarisa set up a GoFundMe page to raise $9,000 for the baby’s medical and funeral, claiming the boy was sick and wouldn’t survive for long.
Ochoa-Uriostegui was last seen leaving Latino Youth High School in Pilsen on April 23.
Her family said she then drove to a home on Chicago’s Southwest Side after a woman on Facebook said she had a stroller and baby clothes she wanted to give away.
Her was found a block away from the woman’s home earlier this month.
The teen reportedly met Clarisa on a Facebook group called ‘Help a Sister Out.’
‘Hello ladies, I’m due May 10 and I still need a ton of things for my son,’ she wrote on March 5.
‘Due to the fact that I’m in school and can’t work at the moment, I can’t afford to buy the rest of the things since I’m short on cash right now,’ she wrote in a plea for help.
Clarisa, who had claimed on the group that she was pregnant as well, responded and offered to give the teen ‘brand new boy clothes’ for free.
Ochoa-Uriostegui was reported missing that same day after she didn’t pick up her three-year-old son from daycare.
An autopsy revealed that the teen died from ‘ligature strangulation.’ Her death has been ruled a homicide.
‘We believe all of them played some role in this unspeakable act of violence,’ Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said of the three persons of interest.
Sara Walker, a student pastor who is helping Ochoa-Uriostegui’s family communicate with police, said the newborn has severe brain damage and is on life support.
It does not look good for the baby, but they are praying and hopeful,’ she added.
*Ochoa-Lopez’s mother, Raquel Uriostegui, said her daughter was born in Mexico and came to the United States when she was two.
