DC Establishment "Shaking in their boots" over Durham's Criminal investigation, says Judege Jeanine

According to two of Fox News‘ sources close to the investigation, U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into the potential FBI and Justice Department misconduct has turned into a full-on investigation and has “a lot of people shaking in their boots right now,” according to “Justice with Jeanine” host Jeanine Pirro.
One of the sources said that the DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s expected report on the FBI’s surveillance of the Trump campaign could shed light on why Durham’s probe became a criminal inquiry.
However, the investigation’s new status means that Durham can subpoena witnesses, file charges and impanel fact-finding grand juries.
Pirro said that she finds that development “significant” and questioned whether Durham might investigating if former President Barack Obama knew about the counterintelligence probe in 2016.
“They [Durham] had an obligation to do this because once the Russian collusion was shown to be nothing other than a fraud on the American people and a tremendous harm on this country, then the attorney general had an obligation to look into the genesis of what caused this whole thing,” Pirro said.
According to Pirro, Durham has a “stellar reputation,” and has been appointed by presidents on both sides of the political aisle
“The FBI and the highest levels at the Department of Justice were engaged in an effort to overthrow … a candidate to a sitting president,” said Pirro.
According to Fox News correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera, all Obama administration officials should be concerned about the outcome of the investigation into the basis for the Trump-Russia probe becoming a criminal matter.
“U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into potential FBI and Justice Department misconduct in the run-up to the 2016 election through the spring of 2017 has transitioned into a full-fledged criminal investigation, two sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News on Thursday night,” Fox News reported.
Rivera went on to say, “I predict in the next week or two, you’re gonna see a run on criminal defense attorneys in Washington, D.C. by people further up the food chain in the previous administration,” said Rivera on “Fox & Friends,” posing the question as to whether former President Barack Obama and his inner circle might have known about the infamous probe into then-candidate Donald Trump’s campaign.

“Did Barack Obama know that the intelligence agencies were seeking to delegitimize his successor? At what point did he know? What did he authorize? What role did he play? he asked.
