Ilhan Omar Blames The Media, Political Foes For Her Divorce

Ilhan Omar Files For Divorce

Raise your hand if you’re shocked that Ilhan Omar placed some of the blame for the demise of her marriage on the press and her political foes.

Of course, in Rep. Ilhan Omar’s ‘someone did something‘ world, how could her divorce have been caused by her bedding someone other than her husband, less than two months after arriving in Washington DC to begin her Congressional reign of stupidity?
Ilhan Omar filed for divorce from the father of her three kids, claiming the marriage is “irretrievable” — amid allegations that she had an affair with a DC-based political consultant.
The filing was submitted less than two months after a Washington, DC, mom, and doctor accused Omar in court papers of having an affair with her husband, Tim Mynett.
Friday’s divorce filing by Omar came just one hour before the Mynetts first hearing in their own marital split was postponed.
The Mynetts’ hearing was slated for Monday morning, but court papers were filed around 3 p.m. Friday to postpone it.
Ilhan Omar has avoided answering questions ever since her illicit affair were first exposed in divorce papers filed by Mynetts’ wife, Washington, D.C., physician Dr. Beth Jordan Mynett in late August.
At a scheduled event that took place at the University of Minnesota the day after her sordid affair became known, in the video below Ilhan Omar ran away from reporters after being asked about that relationship.

According to a statement from Ilhan Omar’s lawyer:

“Ilhan and Ahmed have been the object of speculation and innuendo from political opponents and the media,”
“This has taken a significant toll on Ilhan, Ahmed, and their three children.
“As with all marriages, this is intensely personal and a difficult time for their family,” the statement added.
“Just like any other family navigating this kind of transition, Ilhan wishes to have their privacy respected for themselves and their children and will not be commenting any further.”
The Minnesota congresswoman attorney statement was referring to her husband, Ahmed Hirsi, not Ilhan Omar’s first husband/brother Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

Divorce May Be The Least Of Ilhan Omar’s Problems

Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, through her campaign, has funneled approximately $230,000 to her lover Tim Mynett since 2018.
In a previous FEC complaint filed against Ilhan Omar, investigators uncovered travel payments that she made in early April to E. Street Group, LLC, the company owned by Tim Mynett.
At that time the FEC was unaware of Ilhan Omar’s affair.
With Ilhan Omar’s illicit affair now having been exposed, NLPC a conservative watchdog group said they filed a complaint against the antisemitic Minnesota Congresswoman with the Federal Election Commission asking them to review those payments to verify that those fees Omar paid to her lover were legal.
The $230,000 her campaign paid to Tim Mynett would be illegal if Omar and/or Mynett cannot verify that he did the work, at a market rate to justify Ilhan Omar spending those campaign contributions.
