RIGGED: New California Law Keeps Trump's Name Off Ballot Unless He Releases His Tax Returns

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill into law prohibiting presidential candidates from appearing on California's 2020 primary ballots.

Under the new law, all candidates must show their tax returns for the past five years at least 98 days before the March 3 primary.

"These are extraordinary times and states have a legal and moral duty to do everything in their power to ensure leaders seeking the highest offices meet minimal standards, and to restore public confidence,” Mr. Newsom said.

This new law will end up in court along with two other states for similar laws.
